Paschal Okubasu-Secretary

Paschal retired as a trustee of the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Retirement Benefits Scheme in 2020. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Institute of Internal Auditors(IIA). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UoN) and MBA (Moi University) and currently serves as an Internal Auditor at the Teachers Service Commission.
